Refund Policy

At Noiiraura, all of our services involve strategy, planning, time investment, and digital execution. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service or package.


1. No Refunds on Digital Services

Once a payment has been made for any service or package—including:

  • Brand Influence Program

  • Brand Visibility Optimization

  • Data-Driven Marketing Engine

  • Digital Brand Engineering

  • Full-Stack Digital Growth

  • SEO Tech Accelerator

No refunds will be issued, under any circumstance.

This includes partial payments, deposits, subscription-based services, and full-service packages.


2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Our services begin the moment a client signs up or makes a payment. This includes:

  • Strategy development

  • Research

  • Audit setup

  • Team allocation

  • Account preparation

  • Planning and roadmap creation

  • Technical configurations

Since this work cannot be undone or “returned,” refunds are not possible.


3. Client Cooperation

If delays or performance issues occur due to the client failing to:

  • Provide required information

  • Respond to messages

  • Approve creative assets

  • Grant access to accounts (ads, website, CRM, etc.)

  • Participate in onboarding

Noiiraura is not responsible, and the lack of cooperation does not qualify for a refund.


4. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of future work, but:

  • No refunds will be issued for previous or current payments

  • Any work already completed or in-progress will remain the property of Noiiraura unless a written transfer agreement exists


5. Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, platforms, budgets, and user behavior.

Because these factors are outside our control:

  • We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, growth, or performance outcomes

  • Lack of expected results does not qualify for a refund


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a client attempts to reverse or dispute a legitimate payment:

  • Access to all services will be terminated

  • All ongoing work will be paused

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraud or breach of contract

  • All communication and performance logs will be submitted as evidence


7. Exceptions (If Any)

The only exceptions where a refund may be considered:

  • Duplicate payment charged by mistake

  • Payment processed in error by our system

In these cases, proof must be provided, and the decision remains at Noiiraura’s discretion.
